XENO PSYCHIATRIC WARD

Patient Intake Form - [REDACTED]

⚠️ FACILITY NOW CLOSED

Once a cutting-edge facility for "unusual" patients, this abandoned ward was shut down decades ago under mysterious circumstances. Locals whisper of failed experiments, restless spirits, and the strange green glow that seeps from the basement after dark.

⚠️ WARNING: ENTRY AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️
Not all patients ever checked out...

📋 FACILITY OVERVIEW

THE XENO PSYCHIATRIC WARD - est. 1962, decommissioned 1987

Architecture: Brutalist concrete structure, 4 floors + subterranean level
Last Staff Count: 47 (23 unaccounted for after evacuation)
Last Patient Count: 89 (records incomplete)
Official Closure Reason: "Structural concerns and budgetary constraints"
Actual Reason: [CLASSIFIED]

👁️ DOCUMENTED PHENOMENA

THE GREEN GLOW: Phosphorescent light observed emanating from basement levels between 2-4 AM. Chemical analysis inconclusive. Witnesses report feelings of profound dread and temporal disorientation.

WARD C - THE MIRROR HALL: Patients here claimed to see "others" in reflections. Staff began reporting the same. All mirrors were removed. The phenomenon continued on polished surfaces.

BASEMENT LEVEL - TREATMENT ROOM 7: Site of experimental "consciousness transfer" therapy. Last recorded session ended with three patients and one doctor found catatonic, all mumbling identical phrases in a language no one recognized.

THE HUMMING: Low-frequency sound detected by multiple urban explorers. Always at 28 Hz. Source never located.

📁 PATIENT FILES (RECOVERED FRAGMENTS)

Patient 0-43: "Says she can hear thoughts that haven't been thought yet."

Patient 0-67: "Insists he died three times. Has scars with no medical explanation."

Patient 0-89: [FILE CORRUPTED] "...not from here... showed us... should never have looked..."

⚠️ Current trespassers report: Footsteps in empty corridors, doors locking from the inside, equipment that still has power (impossible - disconnected 1987), feelings of being watched from the walls themselves, lost time...

The ward remembers its patients. And perhaps they remember you. 🏥👻
