XenoSO FAQ

To request a Xeno Key, you need to:

• Join our Discord server
• Have a Discord account that is at least 60 days old
• Open a ticket in the #ticket channel to request a Xeno Key
• Wait for staff to review and approve your request

Discord account age exceptions may require identity verification. Keys are distributed one per person and cannot be shared.

Once you have a Xeno Key and have registered an account on the website:

• Download the XenoSO launcher from xenoso.space
• Install the game and log in with your account
• Follow the character creation wizard to customize your Sim
• Enter the city of Xenovia and start playing

XenoSO features the following job locations:

• Robot Factory - Shift starts at 9:00 AM
• Restaurant - Shift starts at 11:00 AM
• Night Club - Shift starts at 8:00 PM

To purchase property in Xenovia:

• Earn Simoleons through job work and gameplay
• Find an available lot in the city
• Pay the lot fee to become the owner
• Customize and decorate your lot as you like

No. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each person must have their own individual account.

Exception: If multiple people in the same household want to play, you must contact admins in Discord to register separate accounts for each person. Each account must be registered under a different individual.

Multi-accounting means creating or using multiple accounts. This is strictly prohibited because it:

• Allows players to unfairly accumulate resources and wealth
• Disrupts the in-game economy and fair play
• Enables resource pooling between accounts

Violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines can result in:

• Temporary Suspension: Your account is locked for a period of time
• Permanent Ban: Your account is permanently terminated and deleted
• Item Confiscation: In-game items or currency may be removed

XenoSO is a strictly 18+ community. If you're seeing an age restriction message, please verify your account registration or contact support in Discord.

If you find a bug or technical issue:

• Do NOT exploit it for personal gain
• Open a ticket in Discord's #ticket channel
• Describe the bug in detail and include steps to reproduce it
• Our team will investigate and fix it

Exploiting bugs for personal gain may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Yes. XenoSO is a completely free, non-commercial community project. There is no monetization. We do not sell in-game currency, items, or accounts.

Absolutely not. Real-money transactions (RMT) involving in-game currency, items, or accounts are strictly prohibited and result in permanent account termination.

If XenoSO permanently shuts down, all personal account data (usernames, passwords, emails) will be permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
